1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, initiating contact, or selecting any digital package (Starter, Business, or Custom Solutions), you validate your binding legal acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these conditions, you must refrain from using our software services.

2. Scope of Services & Ownership

ENVIC Digital builds web architectures, e-commerce stores, custom administrative dashboards, and AI automation systems.

• 100% Ownership: Upon full clearance of the respective package payment, full core structural source code ownership rights of the delivered frontend/backend application transfer entirely to the client.
• Exclusions: Shared multi-tenant SaaS components, licensed premium third-party plugins, and server hosting environments remain governed under their respective license rules.

3. Payments, Pricing, and Multi-Currency Billing

Our transparent annual billing operates globally. Clients can securely select their preferred denomination through our currency selector workspace:

• Currencies Supported: Payments are processed seamlessly in British Pounds (GBP), United States Dollars (USD), or Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
• Payment Execution: All billing processes are securely routed through PayHere. Cryptographic signature mechanisms protect transaction integrity.
• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of bespoke software engineering and instant allocation of hosting resources, fees are non-refundable once architectural asset construction begins.

4. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

ENVIC Digital shall not be held liable for any operational downtime, business loss, or external API failures after the project is deployed and handed over to the client. These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any legal disputes shall be settled under Sri Lankan jurisdiction.
